Soup recipe- Tomato soup

Hey everyone, Welcome to foodbymama- a homemaker’s guide for those who love food and cooking and basically everything about it. I try using the simplest ingredients to create finger- licking recipes for my family.

With all my recipes being really basic ones, I just happened to realize, why haven’t I posted any recipe for the first course of any meal- the soup! And could there be more perfect time for soup than these frosting winters? To be honest, I’m not really comfortable eating raw veggies in winters- it’s just too chilling! All I want for winters is a good coffee that I can sip sitting peacefully in my blanket. But excess of caffeine isn’t a very healthy option to go by everyday. So why not make a soup from all the veggies one usually takes up for salad? The result- wholesome goodness of the healthy veggies and the much needed warm and cozy meal to fill up for my coffee time.

So here I am with the most basic and simplest soup recipe ( and my all time favorite as well)- Tomato soup! You can always find instant tomato soup packages but please do yourself a favor and never have those- they’re really unhealthy, do no good to your stomach and stand nowhere close to the fresh homemade soup. And if you go through its recipe, it’s actually very simple! Now, I’ve added noodles in my recipe to make it look tempting for my little one- you can add croutons, or cream, or fresh cilantro as well.
